Well, besides my haul at the Baltimore Book Festival, I have made some other acquisitions this past month. Surprise surprise! Wow, I didn’t realize how carried away I got with ebooks until I was putting together this post. Ummmm, well most of them were either free or on sale at least. O.o Some of these I’ve already read, others I’m currently reading or have in queue already. At least I’m making progress (I keep telling myself that anyway…).
Physical Books
- An Easy Death by Charlaine Harris. I LOVE Charlaine Harris so I am especially looking forward to diving into this one. Thanks to the folks at Saga Press and Wunderkind PR for sending this my way!
- The Devil’s Thief by Lisa Maxwell. This is book two of The Last Magician series. I haven’t read the first one yet but this sounds like something right up my alley. Thanks to the folks at Simon Pulse for sending this to me for review!
- The Lady’s Guide to Petticoats and Piracy by Mackenzi Lee. I had preordered this one so it arrived on my doorstep the day of release. 🙂

Great haul!! I follow a couple blogs that feature free or really cheap ebooks and I buy way to many of them! But its always nice to have extras especially when they are free 😀

I love the spine for Lady’s Guide so so much! ❤ And I'm excited to give The Bird King a try–it sounds so different from anything I've read recently. Oh, and The Song of Achilles killed me. I was hobbling around the house like a zombie for days after finishing it. 😀
Yeah, pretty sure The Song of Achilles will leave me a dried out husk. I’m gonna wait to read it until I’m in the mood for a really good cry lol.
