Today’s Wyrd & Wonder Challenge prompts is all about flying creatures! So, I decided to showcase a few of my favorite covers that feature flying creatures/wings on them. 🙂
So many wings! So much flying! Do you have a favorite of this bunch? Leave a note in the comments, I’d love to chat. 🙂
So many beautiful covers! I particularly love the Tales of Earthsea one!
Thank you! Yes, I love that one too!
I love them all, but Dragonflight is my favorite. The old book covers always catch my eye. ☺️
I do enjoy the older covers, they’re kind of classic.
Wow, I love this! You found so many flying creatures. I just bought a copy of Hummingbird Salamander, mostly because of the cover😁
Thanks! I had fun putting this together. I love that cover for Hummingbird Salamander–same hahaha.
Love all these covers together! I love “Six of Crows”.
I love Six of Crows too, it’s such a fun duology. 😀
these are so gorgeous! i love the covers of hummingbird salamander and descendant of the crane!
I love all of these but those are two that are particularly great out of this bunch!
What lovely covers and I’ve even read some of them. Nice take on the prompt.
Thanks, I had fun putting it together. 😀
All these covers are so beautiful!
Thanks! I thought so. 🙂
Amazing covers all, but of course the dragons are the best of the bunch! 😉
I am partial to dragons haha. 🙂
Ooh, that’s lovely. And so many of my favorites are in here too: Juliet Marillier, Raven Boys, and Rogerson. All those gorgeous covers too, thanks for putting them together! ❤ ❤ ❤ Tackling each daily prompt for #WyrdandWonder is beyond me, but I'm definitely going to try my hand at a few of them. So, see you around and look forward to all your posts this month. ~Lex

Yes, those area all favorites of mine too! I’ve only been doing a few here and there, taking on all of them would definitely be too much LOL.
It’s not a fav, but I liked the Raven Boys. I loved how the first book starts out and that it had a little spooky vibe going too.
Yeah. I found those books very oddly atmospheric at times.
Don’t they all look gorgeous.
Lynn 😀
I thought they looked pretty cool together. ;D
Covers with flying creatures (especially dragons of course) are the best.
I think so too–they’re so much fun. 🙂
