Thanks so much to Kathy @ Pages Below the Vaulted Sky for tagging me in this one! So much fun to fill this one out. 🙂 Let’s jump right in!
A SONG YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU’VE HEARD IT
A BOOK THAT YOU’LL NEVER GET SICK OF
I can’t even count the number of times I’ve read this book because I’ve lost track, but I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of this one. Phedre and Joscelin for ever.
A SONG THAT REMINDS YOU OF THE CRINGIEST TIME IN YOUR LIFE
So much cringe to pick from, where do I start? Ahahaha.
A BOOK YOU READ THAT YOU WOULDN’T LIKE NOW
Yeah, I used to love this book back in the day. And as much as I LOVE McCaffrey some of her stuff is just dated, cringe-worthy, and kind of problematic. Overall, there are still things I love about this one but I know if I reread it there are things that would ruin it for me too. On the shelf it stays.
A RECENT SONG THAT YOU HAVE ON REPEAT
Oh no, recent? Uh……I don’t really listen to much current music, haha.
A RECENT FAVORITE BOOK
Gods help me, this book is right up my alley and I love every thing about it even though I probably shouldn’t. Why is this series so addictive???
A SONG THAT’S LITERALLY ME
A BOOK THAT IS ME IN BOOK FORM
The Princess and the Fangirl by Ashley Poston. A nerd hanging out at cons? Yes. Romance? Heckin yes. Well, I think this may be a lot of us actually.
A WEIRD SONG THAT YOU LIKED ANYWAYS
A UNIQUE BOOK THAT STUCK OUT TO YOU FOR SOME REASON
The Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins is by far one of the weirdest books I’ve read and I loved every minute of it.
YOUR BEST PUMP UP SONG
A BOOK THAT INSPIRES YOU
The Goblin Emperor by Katherine Addison – makes me want to be a better version of myself. And, in case you missed it, I just wrote a review of it here.
YOUR BEST CHILL OR RELAXING SONG
Beethoven’s 3rd Symphony. No, seriously. I love this and I often listen to it while I’m reading. It’s Beethoven so it’s not exactly relaxing, but it’s just so beautiful, I love listening to it. 🙂
A BOOK YOU’D CURL UP WITH ON A RAINY DAY
The Ghost Bride by Yangsze Choo – another one of my favorites! There’s just something about this book that pulls me in every time.
A GUILTY PLEASURE SONG
I’m really not sorry about this, nope.
A LIGHT, TRASHY READ YOU CAN’T HELP BUT LOVE
The Selection by Kiera Cass. Damn this series…why is it so addictive?
A THROWBACK SONG YOU LOOK BACK ON FONDLY
A BOOK YOU READ AND LOVED WHEN YOU WERE YOUNG
I really love the Belgariad by Eddings, such fun books when I was younger. They don’t quite hold up these days, I think, but still good fun.
Well, that’s it for this tag, hope you had as much fun as I did! As per usual, won’t be tagging folks with this one but if you want to join in, consider yourself tagged!
