Harry Dresden is back and ready for action, in the new entry in the #1 New York Times bestselling Dresden Files series. When the Supernatural nations of the world meet up to negotiate an end to ongoing hostilities, Harry Dresden, Chicago’s only professional wizard, joins the White Council’s security team to make sure the talks stay civil. But can he succeed, when dark political manipulations threaten the very existence of Chicago–and all he holds dear?

Peace Talks is the sixteenth novel in the Dresden Files series and follows Harry’s adventures after the events of Skin Game.

I know that this is probably one of the most highly anticipated releases of the year and yes, I am also super excited for it. I spent an entire year a couple of years ago binge reading all of The Dresden Files and I can’t wait for this new chapter in the saga. Peace Talks is expected July 16th from Orbit.

Can you believe I haven’t started this series yet? I feel like the last person on the planet to read it. One of these days I’ll have to do a binge read as well😁

Oh gosh, it’s so much fun! I think you would like it and it’s easy enough to binge. I did a couple of years ago, the entire series because I hadn’t read it either, and I did 1 or 2 a month until I was all caught up. Hope you get a chance to check it out some day. 🙂

Can’t wait to read this one – he has made us wait long enough 😀 – but it’s nice of him to give us two books this year – lol!

I never managed to get into Jim Butcher and he has so many books out I wouldn’t know where to start. Unless they are all the same series(?). Anyway, they sound good and I hope you like it when it comes out 🙂
