Quick Fire Fantasy Tag

I wasn’t tagged for this one, but I came across it from Brittany @ Perfectly Tolerable. I thought it looked like a lot of fun and a tag that was right up my alley so I couldn’t resist filling it out. 🙂 This tag was originally created by Jo @ The Bookworm Dreamer.

The Rules

  • Thank the person who tagged you and link back to their post
  • Link to the creator’s blog (thebookwormdreamer.wordpress.com) in your post
  • Answer the prompts below – all fantasy books!
  • Tag 5 others to take part
  • Enjoy!

5 Star Book

Swortdheart by T. Kingfisher. I tend to rate high so I have a lot of 5 star reads but they’re all deserving in my opinion. 🙂

Always Going to Recommend

The City of Brass by S.A. Chakraborty. I think this is just one of those series that works really well for me and is such an exciting ride that I want everyone to read it.

Own it But Haven’t Read it

City of Lies by Sam Hawke. It’s pretty shameful how many books I could put here, lol. I will get to this eventually!

Would Read Again

Sunshine by Robin McKinley. I’ve actually BEEN meaning to read this one again for some time because it’s one of my favorites. I just need to squeeze it in.

In Another World

Dreaming Death by J. Kathleen Cheney. I love this series. Cheney writes such a lovely blend of fantasy, mystery, and romance. This one takes place in an entirely made up world and the world-building itself is quite impressive.

Back on Earth

Strange Practice by Vivian Shaw. One of my favorite series, very much looking forward to the finale!

As per usual, not tagging anyone for this but if you feel like being tagged then consider yourself it!

Oh!! I wanna do this one too.
I tend to rate high too. I rate based on enjoyment so if I had a fun time reading the book, it will most likely get a high rating.

I agree with City of Brass! Anytime someone’s looking for an excellent fantasy, I can’t help but throw it at them.

I do like this tag and your answers.
I also tend to be rather a generous rater – it just goes off my emotion at the time.
    And, I loved Sunshine too.
