Sorry this is a bit late, been busy and my house is a mess so had to dig a pathway (figuratively) to the books to get pictures before I go and shelve them in their new home. 😀
So, for Christmas I had suggested my husband get me a couple of the new hardcover Discworld books because I love those editions, the covers are so much fun, and if there’s any book series it would be cool to have a matching set of, it would be Discworld. Well, my husband went a little overboard (as he does) and got me the complete collection that’s currently available! I was super excited to open these on Christmas and I just love them. And it’s been especially timely since I had planned on doing a big Discworld read starting this year.
Here are all the books with the covers laid out for your viewing pleasure! In no particular order because I just sort of have them all together.

That’s the entirety of my Christmas book haul, but I really couldn’t have asked for anything better. Or more! I still have a ton of books to put away and shelve from a few other bookhauls and that’s going to be a project because some of it involves cleaning up my basement, going through old junk, getting new bookcases, moving a bunch of stuff around–just to make room. So…I hope I don’t have anymore huge hauls for a while. (I say that even as I have a ton of books I want to get this year…hahaha).

Wow, what a haul! A couple people I know are doing Disworld rereads this year, and looking at these pictures, now I know why they’ve set aside a full year for it. Believe it or not, I’ve never actually read Pratchett, but I definitely want to. The Night Watch books are pretty high on the list.
I’ve only read a couple but I’ve always meant to read them all. Figured this year would be the year that I start the journey. I love Pratchett so much, just from the couple I’ve read. 😀

Am slowly making my way through the Discworld books (only read 1 so far – Equal Rites and hoping to read Wyrd Sisters this year) so I might switch and get these editions. I like the old covers too, so I got those for the Witches books.
Some of the old covers are great too, I think Tom Kidd did some of them at one point but can’t remember. One of my favorite books of all time, Small Gods, is a Discworld book. I have a lot of books to go in the series, but it may be hard to top. 🙂

No. He actually left them in the boxes they shipped in because he got them from the Discworld Emporium and they put cute stamps and stickers on the boxes. So I figured what he had gotten me once he brought the boxes down, also since I had asked for a couple of them. I really love these editions! Now I just have to keep an eye out for the rest of the series once they’re released. 🙂

I’ve been eyeing them since they started releasing them, so excited to have them! There’s still a few more yet to be published in this edition so I have to keep my eye out for when they’re released.
