This Week in Reading: Ghosts, Mysteries, More Dresden, and Apocalyptic Plagues

I did pretty good with my reading list from last week and only have one book to finish up from it out of five so I don’t feel too bad. πŸ˜€ Having a mostly free weekend has helped, but I was also able to get a lot more audiobook listening in while at work since my coworker was back from vacay. It will be interesting to see how that goes this week since we’ll be light staffed again. I guess I’ll find out!

First up, going to read Your Ghost or Mine by Shannon Kostyal. This was a review request that seemed like something right up my alley. A little romance, a ghost, what’s not to love?

Next up another review request, The Book of Hidden Things by Francisco Dmitri. I don’t know much about this one other than it has a very intriguing cover and it sounded kind of interesting and like a bit of a mystery. I don’t expect to finish this one up by the end of the week, but we’ll see what happens.

In audiobook land, I’ll be starting White Night by Jim Butcher, the 9th book in The Dresden Files. I’m really hoping to catch up with this series by the end of the year, and I’ve been moving along pretty well, but it all depends on the library and when I can slot them in. So far so good, I’m enjoying Harry’s adventures more and more.

If I get through all of White Night the next thing I have planned to start is Year One by Nora Roberts. Despite my love of romance and Nora Roberts being a somewhat local author, I have yet to read any of her books! But this isn’t romance, this is something entirely different–apocalyptic fiction. Yasssss. I love this stuff and hopefully I’ll love this one too. Looking forward to it.

That’s my weekly reading plan. I fully don’t expect to finish two of these but we’ll see how the week goes. What is everyone else reading this week? Leave me a note in the comments, I’d love to hear from you! Happy reading~!
