This Week in Reading: Magicians and Whatnot

Last week was a bit of a whirlwind for me, lots of social events this past weekend and other commitments so my reading has shifted around a bit. I finished Farseer but haven’t yet picked up The Song of All. Think I’m going to read a few more lighter books before diving into that one, possibly later this week or the beginning of next.

Between all of my social engagements this weekend I started reading The Paper Magician by Charlie N. Holmberg. These books are fun and fast reads (they’re less than 300 pages each). Even though I was really busy, I’m already on the third book and I just started reading them Friday night or Saturday morning. So I’ll be finishing that up and after…I have no solid reading plans. Also for audio, my new audible credits have come in but I haven’t picked up anything new to check out yet.

I think a bit of a break may be in order as I’m going to be a little busy with last minute bingo preparations before the new card goes up on /r/fantasy this Sunday (I’ll be doing a big post about that once the new card goes live). I also have some reviews in the works for the last couple of books I’ve finished up so look forward to that!

What is everyone else reading this week? Let me know in the comments! Happy reading!
