Hello! I don’t have a post today because I was in a terrible mental state yesterday after receiving some news from a coworker (not devastating, but that’s how depression and anxiety work) that sent me into a downward spiral of ‘OMG BUT WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR ME EVERYTHING WILL SUCK NOOOOOOO’. Along with that my husband’s car had to be taken to the shop and we found out the repair cost and that sent me into another downward spiral because whyyyyyyyy, I thought this curse was gone! Well, I am nothing if not over-dramatic.
Anywho. When I got home from work yesterday, after stopping at the library and loading up on some manga for comfort reading, I totally forgot about writing my Friday Favorite Five post. Whoops! So I guess that’s not happening today.
So, today I’m taking off from blogging and will return shortly. I’m going to try and regain a positive attitude through remembering I shouldn’t worry about these things in life that I have no control over and just work on the things that I can control. I’m going to enjoy my boss-free day at the office and hope work isn’t as busy as it was yesterday so I get some chill time. I’m also going out tonight with my friend to the baseball game to watch out team lose in splendor (most likely).
